Introduction

Hi everyone, Soon Seng here.

I am a practicing pharmacist who believes my writing can help summarize academic books, clinical guidelines and research papers for easier learning for future fresh pharmacists.

  • I understand navigate this path independently can be challenging, so I would like to share some insights.

Honestly, this initiative is purely driven by my passion.

  • I am not here to sell supplements or push specific perspectives.
  • The notes are a simplification of what I have learned about pharmacy.
  • You may refer to this article for guidance on how to navigate and utilize the resource more effectively.

The medical field is constantly evolving, making the long-term sustainability of this project a concern, specifically maintaining a large number of topics requires significant effort.

  • Hence, I can only update existing topics when significant developments come to my attention.

Over the years, my writing has broadened to encompass more areas of interest including technology, photography, book summaries and personal reflections.

Pulse Check - View Heartbeat News TOC

In January 2026, I decided to embark on a new journey: discussing current news, both locally and globally, to provide my own commentary.

  • These are not validated expert analyses, but a share of my personal thoughts as I observe the world's "heartbeats".
  • While these posts keep the blog active and improve search engine visibility, I recognize they represent a shift in style.
  • They may diverge from the thoughtful, concrete structures I have spent years building; however, I view them as an essential part of growing in soul.

I have realized that growth is found not just in recognizing facts, but in developing the courage to share my thoughts as life progresses.

The Architecture of A Whole Life

The Architecture of A Whole Life

After years of reading, reflecting, and writing, I have spent months of continuous refinement shaping a life philosophy that is deeply ingrained in my soul: The Architecture of A Whole Life.

Unlike many self-help books currently on the market, this work embraces the concept of duality in real life, weaving together Western wisdom and my own Chinese heritage into one unified framework.

  • While I do not claim it to be groundbreaking, it is an invitation to a soulful journey - one where you may relearn who you are.

Yet, just when I thought the writing was finished and ready to make an impact, I realized I had only completed the "easy" 50%.

  • The true challenge lies in the marketing - connecting this book with the readers who need it most.
If you have found value in my work here on the blog, I would be truly grateful for your support.

Summary

I am excited to see where this journey has taken me, both in terms of content creation and personal growth.
  • I welcome constructive suggestions and encourage you to reach out to me on social media.
  • I am particularly interested in learning about the topics that interest you and that you would like to see covered in the near future.
  • Nonetheless, as a ground staff member, I am a jack of all trades, but master of none, so please take my advice with a grain of salt.
